How Do You Know If You Are Surviving Or Thriving?

As the saying goes, we are all in the same boat and in the same storm, but some of us have vastly different sailing skills than others.

Given the challenges we are experiencing, it is so important at present to be able to identify when we are drowning, when we are struggling, when we are surviving and what we need to action to get ourselves into a space where we can be thriving.

The 4Cs model of Mental Toughness really gives some insight as to the self-discovery you can make about what you are currently experiencing. Where do you sit with your Control, Commitment, Confidence and ability to manage Challenges?
